This CQ Cumber has been molded and casted out of silicone with a blue glow powder and glitter sparkles. After being exposed to bright light or uv light it will glow blue. Please be aware the engravings on the hat will not be fully visible due to the size of some of the markings. The figure measures approximately 2.75" x 1.5" x 1.5"
